Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is the practice of using hormones that are chemically, structurally identical to what your body makes, but doesn't make enough of any longer, therefore requiring you to supplement each hormone. Men's main hormone is Testosterone, while Women utilize Estradiol, Progesterone and Testosterone. 

The goal of any BHRT is to lower your risk of disease such as Heart Disease, Alzheimers, Osteoporosis, Type 2 Diabetes, Insulin Resistance, Hypercholesterolemia and others.

Most all BHRT is customized by a compounding pharmacy and can be in the form of pellets, capsules, tablets, troches (these dissolve under the tongue) and Creams for Women. Men most often choose a Cream, a subcutaneous injection or Pellets for Testosterone.

Do you prefer BHRT Pellets? Beth York, FNP-C is an Evexipel Trained Practitioner and can alternately offer Hormone Pellets vs the traditional options listed above.

After working with Functional Medicine Providers for the past 7 years, she is excited to integrate more Functional Medicine concepts into patient care than what she already can offer her patients. 

Our Prices for 2025 are as follows:

Initial Visit for New BHRT Patients: 

$350 (up to 60 minutes)**

Deposit of $175 required to schedule Initial Visit, with remainder due at Initial Visit. 

Follow Up BHRT Visits (non-pellets): 

$175 (30 minutes)**

Female Hormone Pellet Insertion:

 $350 and typically done every 

3-4 months*

Male Hormone Pellet Insertion:

$650 and typically done every 5-6 months

15 Minute Phone Call:

$85. If call exceeds 15 minutes, you will be charged for a 30 minute phone call at $175.

5 Minute or less Phone Call:

Have a quick question or problem? A 5 minute call is Free, but if it exceeds the 5 minute mark,  you will be charged for a 15 minute phone call.

Initial Visit for BHRT, Nutritional and Movement Guidance with Individualized Plans: $450 (90 minutes):

Deposit of $225 required to schedule Initial Visit, with remainder due at Initial Visit.**

Follow Up Visit for BHRT, Nutritional and Movement Guidance with Individualized Plans: $225 (45 minutes)**

Acute Visits via Telehealth (for minor illness such as UTI, Yeast Infection, Flu, Covid, Strep, Ear Infection, Rash, Poison Oak/Poison Ivy, Stomach Upset, Headache, Sprains, Tinnitus, Vertigo, Back Pain, Depression, Anxiety, Postpartum issues, etc.). Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine also available where appropriate:

$85 (15 minutes)**

All patients must be seen once a year IN PERSON per Tennessee Law, while all other visits can be done via HIPAA-secure linked Telehealth or via Phone.

If you are prescribed Testosterone (a controlled substance), you must have labs drawn a minimum of every 6 months and have a follow up visit every 6 months (in person, via Telehealth or Phone).

Labs are scheduled 2-3 weeks prior to Initial and Follow Up Visits and must be done in order to be seen for the visit and to receive prescriptions.

**We are happy to provide a receipt with diagnostic codes when asked. We are sorry that we are unable to accept or file insurance for any service offiered. We are additionally unable to submit Prior Authorizations for your insurance if they will not cover a prescribed medication. If your insurance refuses to cover a medication we prescribe, we recommend that you check for discounted cash pricing on www.goodrx.com, www.visoryhealth.com, www. paramountrx.com, www.singlecare.com or simply ask your pharmacist to find you the best price. 

Must give 48 hour Cancellation Notice or your deposit cannot be returned. We are happy to reschedule your appointment, but please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a late change fee.

Prior to having labs drawn, please call your insurance carrier to ask what lab company (if any) they prefer and will be least expensive for you. There is a possibility that your labs will be covered by your insurance in whole or in part, but only your insurance company can tell you that information. Paying for your labs as a "Cash Pay" patient may be the least expensive option and we are happy to share that pricing with you prior to your having labs drawn.

From I65, you'll take Exit 71 (Concord Road East) and drive 5.7 miles, then turn left onto Bluff Rd. Drive 1.2 miles on Bluff Rd and turn left onto Nolensville Rd. After only 0.4miles on Nolensville Rd, you'll turn Right onto Sugar Valley Dr. Drive 0.2 miles on Sugar Valley Dr and turn left on Sunnywood Drive.
